Canyon Mega-Development has been SLOWED but is NOT DEAD
Litigation continues.
On Wednesday there was a meeting in Superior Court to decide which department will hear the case between developer Jha and RPV. It was decided to move the case to the Writs Department. The case will be sent back to the presiding judge in Division 1 for reassignment to the Writs Department. The timing for this is unclear.
